Medical device company Semler Scientific (SMLR) has announced the third largest Bitcoin

In the 10 days ending May 22, the company acquired 455 BTC for $50 million, averageing $109,801 per Bitcoin. The acquisition was funded through the Market (ATM) Equity Delivery Program, bringing Semler's total holdings to 4,264 BTC, purchased for $390 million and is currently valued at over $450 million.
So far, the company has issued 3,003,488 shares and raised $114.8 million based on the $500 million ATM program on April 15th.
Currently, Semler, the majority of companies that add Bitcoin to their balance sheet, has seen BTC yields rise to 25.8% in 2025, making it a round-rooted performance indicator.
SMLR shares fell 5.3% in pre-market trading to $108,300, along with a sharp drop in Bitcoin prices on Friday morning.
