Binance to support rootstock (RIF) network upgrades and hard forks
Token deposits and withdrawals on the RIF network will be temporarily suspended from 7pm on October 1, 2025, according to a statement released by the exchange. Network upgrades and hard forks are expected to occur around 8pm at block height of 8,052,200.
Binance emphasized that the exchange handles all technical requirements to ensure a seamless user experience. Furthermore, token trading on the RIF network will not be affected during this period.
Once the upgrade is complete and the network is stable, deposits and withdrawals will resume. Binance also noted that no additional announcements were made at this time.
Future updates to Rootstock are intended to improve network performance and security, while Binance's support is intended to protect transaction security for users.
