Plume partners with the AI-powered security platform Octane to integrate automated, real-time vulnerabilities directly into the blockchain ecosystem.
summary
- Octane's platform scans code through the CI/CD pipeline to detect vulnerabilities in real time without delaying development.
- Initial audits of the Ploom Protocol and Ecosystem Project revealed 192 issues, including serious vulnerabilities in Mystic, which could have led to loss of funds.
Octane, an AI-powered security platform, partners with Plume, the first unauthorized open blockchain for RWA finance, to provide institutional grade security to its ecosystem.

This collaboration will integrate Octane's platform. It scans more than 86 million codes and protects more than $6 billion in chain assets. This directly addresses the Plume Developer CI/CD pipeline and enables automated security scans using the fixes recommended for each code commit. This allows developers to detect vulnerabilities in real time without slowing down development.
The partnership already shows concrete results. In the first scan of the main plume protocol and core contracts, Octane analyzed over 66,000 lines of code and identified 192 findings. This includes three separate scans of the core plume contract and ecosystem projects like Mystic, where Octane discovered significant vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds.

The partnership between Plume and Octane is as institutions increasingly enter the tokenized financial space, bringing the expectations of SOC-level institutional grade security standards similar to those of Tradfi.
“Our goal is to make plumes the safest place to build and scale tokenized finance. Octane's AI-powered attack security platform allows us to ship infrastructure with advanced defense.” “This is benefiting from the fact that builders and agencies are currently converging in our ecosystem.”
