Binance supports Shentu (CTK) network upgrades and hard forks
The company announced that it will temporarily suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the CTK network at 20:00 on October 24, 2025 to ensure the safety of users' assets.
According to a Binance statement, the network upgrade and hard fork will take place at a block height of 26,267,300.
The upgrade is expected to be completed on October 24, 2025 at approximately 9:00 PM. Operations will resume once the network is stable, and no additional action is required from users during this period.
Shentu (formerly CertiK Chain) is known as a project focused on improving blockchain security.
This project aims to provide on-chain security auditing for smart contracts and decentralized security solutions. This upgrade will include various technical improvements aimed at improving network performance and transaction security.
Binance warned users to carefully follow the announcement before making any trades to protect themselves from potential risks. CTK trading will be suspended during the network upgrade, but token trading will continue unaffected.
