According to a recent assessment published by crypto market analysis platform Santiment, interaction and participation within the crypto community has begun to increase significantly.
The platform claimed that investor interest is particularly focused on three key narratives: meme coins, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and regulated ETF products.
Santiment data showed that the prices of popular meme coins such as PEPE, POPCAT, and MOG have increased significantly. After a difficult year, the memecoin sector has experienced a significant recovery in market capitalization, and this speculative rally has once again captured the attention of traders. According to the analytics firm, the gains observed in established meme coins such as DOGE, PEPE, and SHIB suggest newly strengthened retail investor participation and that community-based hype cycles can still accelerate the market despite the previous downtrend.
There are notable developments taking place in terms of tokenized real-world assets. Record RWA volumes reported by some blockchain networks, particularly Solana, have made this space a hot topic for institutional investors. It has been noticed that investors are considering RWA tokens from projects such as Ondo and Clearpool. And that means on-chain bonds, real estate, and other traditional assets are becoming increasingly attractive to traders looking for alternatives to pure speculation. According to the platform, this trend strengthens the position of cryptocurrencies as a diversification tool in institutional investors' portfolios.
The third major topic, ETFs, highlights the desire of major banks to integrate cryptocurrencies into regulated financial products. Morgan Stanley's application for spot ETFs for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana has been interpreted as a sign that Wall Street institutions are seriously considering regulated crypto investments. Santiment argued that structured investment vehicles can attract institutional investors and play an important role in shaping market trends.
