Binance will disable Mantra (OM) ERC20 deposits and ERC20/BEP20 withdrawals on September 26th, increasing the risk of permanent asset losses for users continuing to send tokens to unsupported networks.
Major deadlines and restrictions
From 26 September 2025 at 03:00 UTC, Binance will no longer credit mantra (OM) deposits made through Ethereum's ERC20 network. Drawers through both the ERC20 and the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) are also disabled at the same time.
The exchange warned that deposits sent to the ERC20 address without the cutoff being credited could result in permanent loss of funds. After the deadline, users must rely on alternative supported networks for forwarding.

The latest update comes just after Binance Futures announces the listing of the USD-M BSWUSDT permanent contract. The product was closed at 09:00 UTC on September 15, 2025, following automatic payments for all remaining positions.
Binance said changes to the OM network are part of a broader risk management measure. These include caps, margin requirements and possible adjustments to take advantage of funding rates during the volatile period. The exchange also reminded users that the English notification is an official reference, even if the translation is different.
Why is it important for traders?
For OM holders, this change directly affects the transfer of fluidity and flexibility. Unsupported network deposits will be lost and it will be important for traders and institutions to move to approved rails before the cutoff.

The move highlights the strengthening of Binance's operations management as exchanges continue to prune assets, networks, and contracts that no longer meet liquidity and compliance thresholds.
