Joseph Lubin, one of the co-founders of Ethereum (ETH), gave a very ambitious assessment of Ethereum's future in a recent statement.
Lubin specifically pointed out that Wall Street will be integrated into the ETH ecosystem, and ETH will experience a significant increase in value.
Rubin agrees with analyst Tom Lee's views, saying:
“Wall Street is currently paying for infrastructure, and Ethereum will eliminate most of this siloed system. Giants like JPMorgan will ultimately need to operate on decentralized infrastructure.
According to Lubin, this transition will be relatively easy as JPMorgan and many other financial institutions have gained experience with Ethereum Technology since 2014.
Lubin said the story of Layer 2 networks harming the Ethereum mainnet soon ended, and stated the following about the possible price of ETH:
“ETH is 100 times more from here. It's probably more. Yes, ETH surpasses Bitcoin's monetary base.”
Rubin said the future of Ethereum is shaped by a decentralized economy driven by human cooperation, saying, “We cannot imagine how big and fast this growth will be.
