Each device is an unsecured and advanced US dollar fixed rate memo released by Coastal Emerald Limited and Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Limited. GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited plays several key roles, including placement agents, arrangers, coordinators, custodians of exclusive tokenization securities, and blockchain agents.
