Through this partnership, Questflow has integrated a native x402 facilitator on top of Polygon, allowing AI agents on the blockchain to verifiably and securely perform on-chain transactions.

Why are x402 facilitators like Questflow important?
X402 is an open payments protocol designed to enable AI agents to perform digital transactions autonomously by connecting payments to standard HTTP interactions. Instead of relying on traditional API keys or other traditional subscription models, x402 enables efficient payments through API access.
Multiple blockchains, including Polygon and many others, are increasingly integrating x402 payment processing directly on-chain, enabling autonomous payment interactions between services, bots, and agents.
However, many blockchains still lack EIP-3009 support, making such enforcement strict. Questflow addresses that complexity with a cross-chain facilitator infrastructure that supports EIP-3009 by acting as a facilitator, abstracting token and gas compatibility and managing all relayer logic.
