Polymath Research Inc. is a company developing blockchain infrastructure for the private market and has announced a new partnership with European and North American organizations. The agreement aims to expand the company's international presence and support the use of tokenization in traditional financial markets.
In Europe, Polymath is partnering with Black Manta Capital Partners. BlackMantaCapital Partners uses Polymath's Capital Platform to provide tokenization and asset management services under a regulatory framework. In the US, real estate investment company Patina Capital applies the same platform to large development projects in Cleveland, Ohio, giving communities the opportunity to participate in real estate investments. Another agreement with digital asset infrastructure provider Cyclex connects the fund management system with Polymath's blockchain, simplifying tokenization and management of various asset classes.
These partnerships follow previous collaborations linked to Polymesh, Polymath's blockchain designed for security tokens. Partners include Ocree Capital, Retoken, Republic, Alphapoint, Paysafe, and additional integrations including wallet technology. According to the company, the $66 million worth of real estate offers have already been tokenized with Polymesh.
The announcement comes as Polymath prepares to close its current funding round in September 2025. The company outlines its public list plans through the reverse acquisition of Analytixinsight Inc., indicating its intention to expand its technology to cover a wider range of assets and jurisdiction.
