The document, which emerged earlier today two years later, suggests that Bitcoin may not be the only cryptographic wealth of Nakamoto Satellite, the creator of mysterious Bitcoin. Most XRP could also be present.
Does Satoshi have XRP?
A tweet published by X user under the name @xrphodl_ revealed a screenshot of a stenographic note from a court session in 2023 regarding the Sec-ripple case. At IT, XRPL co-creator and now Ripples CTO David Schwartz said he believes Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto holds a ton of XRP.
His statement came as an answer to court questions about the similarity of Bitcoin and XRP, and when there is something similar to Ripple's payment system in the Bitcoin blockchain.

Schwartz gave this question a curious answer, although it cannot seem to have little to do with it. “Toshi, the original creator, probably had a huge amount of XRP at the time.” The next year mentioned was 2017. This makes the answer even more vague and intriguing.
Is David Schwartz the real Sato?
The same user as above has published a screenshot of the X thread in the comments. There, X user Tiffany Hayden (@haydentiff) said that Schwartz said this about Satoshi and XRP, “No one noticed.”

She said: The screenshot ends there, with Ripple CTO showing what he answered if he did at all. David Schwartz, along with Blockstream CEOs Adam Back, Hal Finney and several others, is one of the main candidates for being the creator of enigmatic Bitcoin.
However, Schwartz (and his back) has repeatedly denied the creation of Bitcoin. However, Schwartz admitted to working on the Bitcoin Code in the early 2010s and added changes.
