Martti 'Sirius' Malmi, a Finnish computer scientist known as one of the first bitcoin developers to collaborate with Nakamoto Satoshi, proposes creating a so-called “Bitcoin Mossad” to protect the OG holder from potential attacks.
Marmi has come to the idea of El Salvador, the first country to make Bitcoin a fiat currency, and hosts such an organization.
This comes after Vora co-founder Jesse Posner recently expressed his opinion that longtime Bitcoin holders need robust protection in the case of “hyper-bitcoinization.”
“The hyperbitcoinization will make longtime Hodler the juicyest target in the world,” Posner said.
Alex Stanczyk, managing director of Swan Bitcoin, said security companies should be careful about marketing as they could potentially set up clients due to failure and false expectations.
