Wirex, a global digital payments platform focused on stablecoin infrastructure, has announced a partnership with TRON DAO, the custodian of the TRON blockchain ecosystem, to launch a TRON-native payments infrastructure. The solution is built entirely on-chain and is designed to support agent payments, allowing applications and digital agents to autonomously send, receive, and manage payments on the TRON network.
The new infrastructure will enable TRON users to use and transfer digital assets in everyday scenarios such as retail payments and cross-border remittances while maintaining complete self-control.
Through this integration, Wirex connects the TRON ecosystem to global card and banking infrastructure. This allows on-chain assets to be used across traditional payment channels, such as international remittances and merchant payments, without moving funds off-chain. Includes support for USD and EUR denominated stablecoins, with direct on-chain conversion and liquidity management.
